Amazon Essentials Men’s Full-Zip Hooded Fleece Sweatshirt (Available in Big & Tall)

So I wasn’t sure from product pics if the balance would be more grey than black (obviously I ordered the black/grey), but took a chance anyway. Not a bad price and there’s the whole try-on for 7 days thing and easy returns, so why not?

Received it today and tried it on and was immediately taken by the colour balance, an overall darker vibe (exactly what I wanted). I’m 5’8 and 190lbs and like my hoodies a lil oversize so I ordered a 2XL and fits as expected – only minor issue would be sleeve length, which is to be expected since it’s oversized. You could even Y2K this 5hit and cut thumb holes in the sleeves above the cuffs. This hoodie will go with anything from black jeans to blue jeans (I don’t any blue jeans, that’s just hypothetical).

Good overall length, comfy 3-panel hood (another bonus!). I can’t remember if description said it’s pre-shrunk or not. There’s enough room for shrinkage and still have it fit the way I want.

Much happier than I thought I’d be, 5 stars, throwing of confetti. Question now is, do I hope Amazon keeps these around for a few years, or buy another one ASAP? ‘Cos I already know I’m going to wear this thing to death.

I loved it. Got 2 different times in the mauve red color. They were cozy & a gorgeous deep mauve(?) but both faded after a couple washes (in cold) to an unattractive washed out color. Not only that, they lost there softness & look ratty, like I’ve worn them for 20 years (or worse)! Ugh more disposable items direct from Amazon to the landfill. (Got a couple in the dark sage color, and they washed & lasted better. Not long lasting, but better). Ugh

This product is definitely one of those that’s a “You get what you pay for” but you actually get something great! It’s a slim design and it’s extremely comfortable.

I’m over 6ft9 (about 2.07m) tall so getting anything to fit is difficult and normally involves getting the largest size possible so width helps compensate for length needs

For this I went for 3xl tall. It’s not as baggy as some other makes 3xls so if I was comparing size generally I would be saying it’s a bit smaller than expected, but it did fit the size guide provided. What it also did was provide just enough extra length to fit my arms and body needs without just swamping me in something I could fit in twice on width.

For thickness I’ve had better too, but it is decent enough, and acceptable for the price point.

On that point it’s within the price range of competitors offers on the high street and quality on a par to most. We are looking at the supermarket/budget chains offering rather than a quality labels but that is also reflected in the price point accordingly.

On the whole I’m satisfied. It fits better than non-tall options elsewhere on a width sizing more appropriate for me. It also fits in the same price point area as it’s competitors with a similar quality. Yes I would like another inch or 2 on lengths and a bit thicker would be nice, but I accept that this is completely satisfactory, as described and as expected on price so can’t complain.

This hoodie in general is great and well made. The material is comfortable and the zipper works well. My only problem is the size. I am 6’1” and others around my height know the problem. The sleeves are too short, which is fine if you like to pull your sleeves up a bit. The length isn’t long enough. It rides up my back when I sit down and makes it very uncomfortable. I prefer my shirts and hoodies a bit longer. I went with the suggestion of L for my height.

I ordered an XL to try. I’m sure I’ll like it a lot better once it arrives. I hope this helps others who prefer clothing like I do.

is a good item and it fits well. i got 43-44 inch chest and i got size L, if you want it a bit buggy go for one more size up. i got the pink color and I do love it but is darker than the picture, I did like this color because was so light so I was a bit dissapointed but I am keeping it because I do like it. the price is also a bit high as the quality is ok but is nothing especial. the shape is really good and fits very well
