I’ve been wearing lacoste essentials shirts for years. My recent purchase from here was very disappointing. Not only was the large equal to a small but the material was different. Not sure if this is an international version or something but they are totally different.

Lacoste is a staple brand for me. A few different manufacturing sites standarize size and fit differently. These are definitely on the smaller / tighter fit for regular size ordered. Quick shrink in the laundry as well. Recommend ordering 1 full size up.

The material is thin but not cheap. It’s a nice cool layer under a suit. My son has a long torso and likes his t-shirts fitted. These are the only brand that’s long enough that they don’t untuck on him. A little pricey but worth it.

All sizes fit 2 sizes smaller. I like a tight fit so I settled for large but most would be comfortable in an extra large. I normally wear medium. There was no way unless you like showing off your gut.

These t shirt are very high quality for a much cheaper price than those with the logo on the chest. They are thinner and lighter than the aforementioned which makes them great for summer.

I like these shirts a lot but I wish the neck hole wasn’t so wide. I wish they fit more like Ralph Lauren Polo’s equivalent black t-shirts.

I like that the sleeve length is short and doesn’t stick out from under my short sleeve shirts. They are light and comfortable. As others have noted buy one size larger than you usually do. The material is rather thin and the cut a bit skimpy for a 1st class product.
