Lexiart Mens Athletic Golf Polo Shirts – Short Sleeve Workout Polos Quick Dry T-Shirt

This shirt was very cool and comfortable and I like how it looks, particularly how it hides the collar buttons. It says cotton blend, but it is 100 percent polyester. I used the size chart (US Short Sleeves Shirts) and found it to be about what I expected. The washing and drying instructions appear to be poorly translated but I got the gist. It’s polyester. Don’t get it superhot when washing or drying. I just let it dry on a hanger and it dried pretty quickly. A nice, comfortable shirt, but if you’re looking for cotton or cotton blend then this is not it.

The ad calls this shirt a “cotton blend,” but the tag confirms that this is obviously 100% polyester. The positive aspects are that this is lightweight, cool, and wrinkle-free. On the other hand, this is remarkably thin and a bit shiny. When pulling the shirt on, I can clearly see across the room. I presume that this is machine washable on a gentle cycle, but the tag says that I must handwash and line dry.

Overall, it is a good shirt, although it is not as advertised. The ‘L’ size fits me well (6’2″, 190lb).

Usually I can trust my wife to buy clothes that I like. I’m very predictable in what I like and this is not what I like. I mean it’s a comfortable shirt, though I never wear a shirt without an undershirt so it’d mean very little to me unless it were something itchy. The thing I don’t like about it is the look. I think it looks like a shirt worn by an employee of a fast food restaurant. Not that there’s anything wrong with that. Working in a FFR is an important job, but that’s not what I do, and my only experience in doing so was extremely unpleasant, especially because I was working at minimum wage (which was like $3.00/hr back in the mid 70s) and the manager was a total jerk. So having a shirt that reminds me of that situation isn’t what I’d call fun. It’s not the maker/seller’s fault. Obviously my wife thought it’d look nice on me. But I’m not gonna wear it.

This is a decent men’s short sleeve polo shirt. The main thing to pay attention to in the product description is the word “golf”. I should have known better but I ordered this shirt against my better judgement knowing the word “golf” was in the description and I’m slightly mad at myself. The reason the word “golf” is important is it usually connotes an athletic moisture wicking material and this shirt fits that description. I was hoping this wouldn’t be the case and that it’d be more cotton, but alas not the case. So my main disappointment is in myself and not necessarily the shirt. If you’re looking for a lighter moisture wicking polo shirt you really can’t go wrong here as it’s a decent shirt. I am 5’10” and around 170lbs, medium build. I ordered a size medium and it fits me perfectly; not large in any areas but not too tight anywhere either.
